Lapping is a stress free process without heat transfer to the parts. The lapping process produces a dull grey finish, commonly referred to as a lapping matte.<\/p>\n

Our experienced operators work a comprehensive range of single and double sided machines allowing us to achieve:<\/p>\n
We also have the capability to lap stepped and recessed faces. All tooling for such jobs can be designed and made in-house.<\/p>\n
